250g strawberries

Bring the water to a boil and let it simmer
Add the sugar and stir until dissolved
Let it cool and add the strawberries, cut in half if they're large, so that they're covered with the sugar and water mixture
Refrigerate overnight
Distribute the strawberries among several cups (about 2 tablespoons) and fill them up immediately with beer
