1 large slice of smoked ham
1 can of pineapple rings in syrup
1/2 cup (heaping) of powdered sugar
1 kilogram of cooked sweet potatoes, with skin, 12 marshmallows

1 can of pineapple rings in syrup
1/2 cup (heaping) of powdered sugar
1 kilogram of cooked sweet potatoes, with skin, 12 marshmallows
Cut the smoked ham into six pieces and pan-fry them
Dissolve the powdered sugar in the pineapple syrup and simmer it over low heat
Place the fried smoked ham on a baking dish
Peel the cooked sweet potatoes and arrange them around the smoked ham
If they're too big, cut them into smaller pieces
Arrange pineapple rings between the sweet potatoes
Pour the hot sugar-pineapple syrup over everything
Put it in a hot oven for 15 minutes
Remove from the oven, drizzle marshmallows around and put it back in the oven for another 5 minutes, until the marshmallows are toasted
