Cut the ham horizontally into 4 thick slices; reserve
Combine gelatin, 2 tablespoons water, and let it sit for 5 minutes to soften
Add 1/3 cup hot water, cover, and blend until gelatin is fully dissolved
Add mayonnaise, heavy cream, and mustard; cover and blend for a few seconds until smooth
Arrange ham slices in a flat dish lined with greased paper
Spread a thin layer of the mayonnaise mixture over the ham slices; refrigerate until firm, about 10 minutes
Repeat this process, spreading the mayonnaise mixture two or three more times over the ham, until all is used
Garnish with radicchio and green onion slices; serve chilled as a main course accompanied by green salad and bread
