2 cans white beans (250g each), cooked and drained
1 1/2 cups beef broth tablet dissolved (360ml)
1 dash of black pepper

In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat
Add the bacon and garlic and cook until the bacon is crispy
Remove from heat and reserve
Reserve 1/2 cup of the white beans
Blend the remaining ingredients with the beef broth in a blender (about 2 minutes)
Transfer to a medium saucepan and simmer over medium heat
Remove from heat and add black pepper and parsley, stirring well
Serve the soup hot, garnished with reserved white beans, garlic, and bacon
