1 packet of unsweetened gelatin
1 cup of water
1 cup of low-fat natural yogurt
1/2 cup (or to taste) of skimmed milk
8 envelopes of powdered vanilla

In a bowl, mix the gelatin with 1 cup of water; let it sit for 1 minute and then heat it over low flame in a bain-marie to dissolve
Blend the avocado, yogurt, dissolved gelatin with skimmed milk in a liquidizer
Blend well until creamy
Add the vanilla and blend delicately
Refrigerate to chill for about 2-3 hours
Serve chilled.
