4 cups (chopped) of agrião
4 slices of bread form
1/3 cup (chopped) cold milk
2 tablespoons of wheat flour
6 tablespoons of olive oil
1 cup (chopped) warm milk
3 eggs
4 tablespoons of grated cheese
4 tablespoons of chopped parsley
1 tablespoon of chemical leavening powder at room temperature
Salt and oregano to taste

Soak the bread in cold milk
Drain and reserve it
Mix wheat flour and 2 tablespoons of olive oil, then warm over low heat
Add warm milk and stir until thickened
Remove from heat and reserve
Chop agrião and add the bread, egg yolks, remaining olive oil, and grated cheese
Stir well and add parsley, oregano, and salt
Stir again and reserve
Beat egg whites until snowy white and fold into chilled cream
Pour onto agrião mixture and stir gently from bottom to top
Add leavening powder and mix delicately
Pour into a greased and floured mold and bake in a medium oven, covered with a water bath, until firm
Turn out warm.
