Peel the bananas and cut them into slices lengthwise
Heat four tablespoons of olive oil and fry the banana slices until golden brown on both sides
Reserve on paper towels
Beat the eggs and half of the Parmesan cheese in a blender until smooth
Add the Minas cheese, milk, remaining olive oil, and flour
Beat for another seven minutes. Reserve
With the remaining Parmesan cheese, caramelize a mold with a hole in the center
Arrange the bananas at the bottom and sides of the mold, then pour the batter
Place in a water bath and bake for one hour or until a toothpick comes out clean
