Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until slightly thickened
Remove from heat and let cool
Pudding
Preheat oven to high temperature
In a bowl, mix eggs, sugar, and flour until a thick paste forms
Add milk, coconut, and coconut cream, stirring constantly until smooth
Transfer to a mold and place in a hot water bath with the water at a rolling boil
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the pudding comes out clean
Remove from heat and let cool before unmolding
Cover with sauce and refrigerate for at least two hours.
