Whisk everything together in a blender and pour into an orange pudding mold coated with caramelized sugar syrup
Let it cook for 30 to 40 minutes in a water bath
Once the pudding is set, remove from the oven and let cool completely
When it's cooled and easy to unmold, it's ready
To serve, place the pudding on a serving plate and drizzle with plenty of caramelized sugar syrup.
