1 Preheat the oven to 200°C
In a blender, blend together the orange juice, milk, eggs, cornstarch, and sugar until you get a smooth mixture
2 Place the mixture into the caramelized mold and bake in a water bath for approximately 50 minutes
3 Remove from the oven, let cool, remove from mold, and refrigerate until serving
