Preheat the oven to 180°C
In a blender, mix the condensed soy milk, soy milk, eggs, and cornstarch until you get a smooth mixture
Caramelize the sugar in a hole in the middle of an 18 cm diameter mold
Place the pudding and let it bake in a water bath for about an hour.
