Beat the butter or margarine with sugar until creamy
Add the flour and mix well
Add the beaten egg yolks, sour orange juice, grated sour orange peel, milk, and mix well
Fold in the whipped egg whites delicately
Pour this mixture into a 20cm square baking dish and bake in a water bath at 180°C for 50 minutes or 1 hour, or until golden brown
Let it cool in the same shape for at least 1 hour before unmolding
Serve warm
