2 cups of peeled and diced potatoes
1 1/2 tablespoons of lime juice
3/4 cup of instant oats
1/3 cup of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of unsalted butter, softened
1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
1/3 cup of melted margarine
1 cup of guava jam, diced

Soak the potatoes in lime juice
Mix together oats, flour, sweetened condensed milk, cinnamon, and melted butter
Layer a third of the potato mixture into a baking dish, greased with butter
Cover with half of the oat mixture
Sprinkle with guava jam and top with remaining oat mixture
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes after steam has stopped rising
Immediately place under cold running water
Serve warm or chilled with whipped cream, if desired
Bakes in oven for approximately 50 minutes
