10 slices of form, peel removed (100 g), finely chopped
1 cup of milk (240 ml)
6 eggs
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of black currant jam (70 g)
1/2 cup of orange crystalized peel, finely chopped (80 g)
1/4 cup of melted butter (50 g)
1/2 cup of apricot jelly (160 g) - for covering
2 tablespoons of vodka mixed with 2 tablespoons of orange liqueur (for flambéing)

2 tablespoons of vodka mixed with 2 tablespoons of orange liqueur (for flambéing)
Heat the oven to 400°F (quente)
Grease a 19 cm diameter mold with butter. Reserve
Prepare the massa: in a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix until homogeneous
Place it in the prepared mold and bake in the preheated oven until golden brown (around 35 minutes)
Let it cool down
Unmold on a plate and let it come to room temperature
Cover the pudding with apricot jelly
Flambé with vodka and orange liqueur mixture, and serve immediately
