1 cup of dried black plums with pits
6 French plums without skin (fresh or dried)

Remove the pits from the black plums and cut them into pieces. Reserve
Place the plums with milk in a bowl and mash well
Blend slowly, using a blender, the soaked plums, black plums, eggs, and sugar
Add the orange zest and pour into a 19.5 cm diameter mold that has been caramelized
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for about 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted between the center and edge of the mold comes out clean
Wait for 15 minutes before unmolding
If desired, sprinkle with 1 cup of chopped hazelnuts
