4 slices of peach without pit
1 1/2 cup of scalded milk, semi-skimmed
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon artificial liquid adhesive or 2 envelopes
1 medium-sized pineapple, cored and cut into chunks without seeds
1/3 cup of raisins
4 slices of peach without pit

Cut the peach slices into cubes of 1.5 cm and bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for 10 minutes, until golden brown
Place the peach cubes in a bowl and cover with scalded milk
Let it rest for 15 minutes
In another part, beat the eggs with cinnamon, nutmeg, and artificial adhesive to obtain a soft mixture
Add the pineapple, raisins, and join this mixture to the peach mixture
Bake in a buttered dish and simmer in a water bath at moderate heat (170°C) for 30 or 35 minutes, until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean
Serve warm or chilled
