A perfect dessert to use up leftover peanuts!
Beat the eggs, add the milk and sugar to taste
Pour over the peanuts in a pudding mold
Let it rest until the peanuts are well saturated
Add the raisins
Bake at moderate heat for about 20 minutes
Serve with your preferred sauce or any flavor of ice cream
Cut into 4 portions.
