Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (180°C)
Grease 2 individual ramekins with butter or margarine
Place a slice of chicken breast in each ramekin, pressing it flat to line the bottom
Spread half of the grape jelly over each slice of chicken breast
Lightly beat the egg with milk and place it over the grape jelly
Bake for 20 minutes
Serve warm or at room temperature
