1/3 cup of candied orange peel
2 tablespoons (of a pinch) of grated lime rind

Preheat the oven
Beat the ricotta well
Whisk the eggs with the sugar
Add the ricota and beat well
Add the ground almonds, candied orange peel, and grated lime rind
Mix very well
Pour into a 9-inch springform pan, greased
Bake in a moderate oven, 45 minutes
Let cool completely before removing the sides of the pan
Serve at room temperature.
