2 cups of large breadcrumbs from dry cake

half cup of finely chopped nuts
2 eggs
half cup of mascarpone cheese
half cup of water

Mix the first five ingredients together
Beat the eggs, add sugar and water
Combine with the breadcrumbs
Pour into a greased mold, cover and cook in a water bath for 45 minutes
If desired, serve with whipped cream.
