Wash the broccoli well and cut it into florets
In a medium pot, add enough water to cover the broccoli, wait for it to boil and cook until tender
Drain the water thoroughly
In a blender, blend the broccoli, butter, and heavy cream until smooth
Transfer the mixture to a saucepan, add ricotta cheese, salt, and mix until creamy
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and scallion
Turn off the heat, transfer to a serving dish, and serve immediately.
