Cut the chicken and garlic scapes into four-centimeter strips (give or take)
Fry the garlic scapes in hot oil, then season with salt
Fry the chicken separately, add a splash of Sherry, soy sauce, salt, and mix well
Then combine with the garlic scapes and fry everything together for another five minutes
