Mash the green peas, milk, and heavy cream in a blender or food processor until smooth
Melt the butter and mix it with the pea puree
Add the cumin, paprika, and season with salt
Cook while stirring constantly until it starts to detach from the bottom of the pan
Add the sour cream mixture and stir well
Serve hot
