3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
A pinch of salt
1/3 cup unsalted butter or margarine, melted
60g bittersweet chocolate bar, broken into small pieces
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs, beaten well
1/2 cup chopped nuts (or almonds, hazelnuts, cashews, or chestnuts)

Sift together flour, yeast, and salt
Melt the butter or margarine with the chocolate
Stir until smooth
Add the beaten eggs, beating well to combine
Add the melted chocolate mixture and mix thoroughly
Add the sifted ingredients and chopped nuts
Mix well
Assemble in a 20cm square tin, greased and baked at moderate heat for about 35 minutes
Allow to cool, then cut into squares
Refrigerate for 2 days before serving.
