1 1/2 cups of ricotta (1/2 pound)

Mix ricotta in a blender with the sugar, butter, and vanilla until smooth
Pour into a bowl, and add to taste: melted chocolate chips, dried apricot, and candied fruit, diced
Grease a pound cake pan, line with chocolate and fruits, smooth out the top, and cover evenly with slices of Pão de Ló
Refrigerate for several hours, flip, remove paper, and dust with confectioner's sugar
NOTE: - This is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert
This should not be confused with the same-named ice cream
You can use equal success, diplomat biscuits.
