One package of semi-prepared, thawed puff pastry (400g)

2 Brie cheeses (150g each)

Cut the dough into two equal parts
Roll out one half thinly on a floured surface
Divide it in half, place 1 cheese on top and shape the dough to form a cheese, leaving about 2 inches of border
Cover with the other half of the dough, secure edges and close tightly by pressing with fingers
Repeat the process with the remaining dough and cheese
Place on a baking sheet, brush surface with egg mixture and water
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 50 minutes until golden brown
Remove from oven and serve after 20 minutes
