Cut the cheese into cubes
Peel the garlic and slice it thinly
Mash a little pepper
Remove the lime peel without the white part
Squeeze the lime juice
Combine the cheese, garlic, thyme, pepper, and lime peel in a glass container that can be sealed
Mix the olive oil with the lime juice and pour over the cheese
Seal the container and refrigerate for 2 days or more
Serve as an appetizer with white bread
