Thicken like a filling for empanadas with all-purpose flour dissolved in some of the same sauce
Add chopped eggs, salsa, and green onions
Mix carefully, remove from heat, and let cool
After that, take the cheese, scrape off all the red part, and cut a top-notch surface
With a spoon, remove almost all the cheese, leaving only a wall about 1 cm thick
Mix some of the cheese with the filling and fill the ball
Place the top back on, arrange in a baking dish, and bake in a hot oven for a few minutes
When it starts to soften, remove from the oven and arrange in the center of a serving platter garnished with white rice, tomato slices, and parsley, for 6 people.
