Bring the milk, water, and butter to a boil
When it starts boiling, add the all-purpose flour at once and stir until cooked and forms a ball
Remove from heat and let cool
Saute the shrimp or palm heart with seasonings
Cool
Grind in a meat grinder and mix with the cooled sauce
Thicken the mixture with all-purpose flour dissolved in a little milk
Let cool
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut into slices with a cup
Place a spoonful of filling or a small square of cheese on each slice
Fold and press the edges
Dip the rolls in beaten eggs mixed with pastry dough and fry in hot oil.
