240g of cheddar cheese, 240g of Minas cheese

In a large bowl with a lid, combine all the ingredients except for the cheeses
Close and shake the bowl to mix well
Refrigerate until ready to serve
Cut the cheeses into rectangular slices about 3 cm x 5 cm with 1 cm of thickness
Arrange them in rows alternating cheddar and Minas cheese on a serving plate
Pour the reserved marinade over the top, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours
Serve chilled with crackers like water and salt
