3 cups of grated Mozzarella cheese

3/4 cup of beer
1 egg, lightly beaten

Melt the cheese and butter in a bain-marie
Add half of the beer when the cheese is halfway melted and cook, stirring constantly
Mix the remaining beer with the egg and add it slowly to the previous mixture
Stir constantly until the mixture becomes smooth and thick
Serve over warm toast
Sprinkle with pepper
Let it sit for 4 portions.
