Wash the okra and cut off the stems
Cut into pieces
Sauté the onion in butter, add the okra and fry for about 5 minutes
Transfer to a greased baking dish, add tomato sauce and season
Sprinkle with parsley and bake at moderate oven temperature for 30 minutes
Serve hot.
