2 cups cooked soybeans
1 cup fresh spinach chopped well
1 cup chopped salted codfish
1/2 cup water crackers ground in a blender
1 tablespoon dried parsley
to taste salt
1 can tomato sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil

Mash the soybeans, add all the ingredients except for the olive oil, and mix well
Place in a glass baking dish greased and bake at moderate heat (170°) for 30 minutes
Brush with olive oil and serve with tomato sauce
If desired, cover with tomato slices before baking
Serve 4 to 5 portions.
