Mixture
1 kg of sweet potatoes with skin
1 1/2 cups of fine wheat flour
1 grated onion
2 tablespoons of wheat flour, approximately
Salt and black pepper to taste

1 minced onion
2 tablespoons of butter
1 cup of ground meat
1 tablespoon of black pepper

Make the filling: fry the onion in butter
Add the meat, salt, and pepper
Cook until the meat is tender and most of the liquid has evaporated
Mixture: wash the wheat flour and squeeze out excess moisture without leaving it too wet
Cook the sweet potatoes and remove their skin
Pulse through a food mill and place in a bowl with the flour
Let it rest for an hour
Add salt, pepper, and onion, and mix well
Add 2 tablespoons of wheat flour and mix again
If the dough doesn't come together, add another tablespoon of flour
Shape into patties, hands forming the quibes
Fill with meat, close, and fry in hot oil.
