Combine the two types of flour and salt
Add the butter and mix with your fingers until it forms a crumbly mixture
Add the water and knead slightly
Shape into a ball, wrap in plastic film and refrigerate for 15 minutes
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to fit the baking dish
Press the edges of the dough to form a seal
Make a ring with the remaining dough and press it onto the sides of the baking dish
Press the edges again and, using a fork, prick the bottom in several places
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 20 minutes
Remove the foil and continue baking until golden brown
Let it rest but keep it accessible
Filling
Mince the garlic
In a skillet, sauté the garlic in butter over low heat
Slice the onions into thin rings
Add them to the skillet and stir
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cool
Combine the remaining ingredients and mix
Fill the dough with the filling and bake for 25 minutes or until the filling is firm
Unmold and serve.
