2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup chicken broth
Salt to taste

Prepare the dough and bake according to the previous recipe
While that's happening, prepare the filling: wash and cook the mushrooms for 5 minutes
Drain and pass them through water again
Chop and reserve
In a frying pan, add butter and sauté the onion over low heat until golden brown
Add the mushrooms and simmer well
Add the flour and cook while stirring for a few minutes
Add the chicken broth gradually and continue cooking without stopping until it thickens
Season
Place the filling on top of the pre-baked dough and return to the oven for another 15 minutes
Serve hot or warm
