Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)
Mix the flour, salt, and sugar with the butter
Add the egg and mix until a ball forms
Wrap in plastic film and refrigerate for 10 minutes
Unwrap and shape into a circle
Bake for 20 minutes
Let cool completely

Cook the cauliflower with salt in olive oil
Add the remaining ingredients and pour into the crust
Bake until the crust is golden brown.
