Dough
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 egg
Filling
1 bunch kale, chopped into thin strips
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 eggs
3 yolks
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup milk
Salt, black pepper, nutmeg to taste
Dough
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

Filling

Dough: Mix flour, salt, and baking powder with butter until a coarse crumb forms
Add egg and mix until a ball forms and does not stick to hands
Wrap in plastic film and refrigerate for 10 minutes
Roll out dough and line the sides and bottom of a pie dish
Cover the bottom with cooked beans and bake at medium heat for 20 minutes
Remove beans and let cool
Filling: Sauté kale with salt in olive oil
Add remaining ingredients and pour into dough
Bake in preheated oven until golden brown.
