300g of smoked pork loin, sliced
300g of hamburger-style sausage, sliced
400g of fresh portobello mushrooms, sliced and sautéed

Potato Salad:
1 1/2kg of potatoes
1/3 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of vinegar
Salt and black pepper to taste
150g of nuts without shells
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
200g of cured ham, sliced
400g of smoked turkey breast, sliced

Potato Salad:
1 1/2kg of potatoes
1/3 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of vinegar

150g of nuts without shells
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
Arrange the sliced frozen foods on a large platter, intermingling with cucumber slices
Place the potato salad in the center and garnish with fresh parsley
To make the potato salad: boil the potatoes until they're tender but still firm
Chop them into cubes and place in a bowl
Season with olive oil, vinegar, salt, and black pepper to taste
Add the nuts and bell peppers and stir carefully
Serve 25 portions.
