For the crust:
2 cups all-purpose flour
8 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
1/4 cup ice-cold water
Salt to taste

Preheat your oven to medium (350°F)
Prepare the crust: in a bowl, mix together flour and butter until crumbly
Add ice-cold water seasoned with salt and mix until a dough forms
Roll out the dough into a 29 cm diameter flat dish
Make holes on top of the crust with a fork and bake in the oven at medium temperature for 30 minutes
Prepare the filling: in a bowl, combine all ingredients and place over the pre-baked crust
Bake again for an additional 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
