200g of grated cheese
300g of mozzarella cut into cubes

Preheat the oven to 180°C
Unroll the dough and cover the bottom of a 22cm diameter mold
In a blender, beat the eggs, cream of milk, yogurt, and 100g of grated cheese
Mix in the mozzarella cubes and place them over the dough
Dust with the remaining grated cheese and bake for approximately 55 minutes or until golden brown.
