200g of fresh bacon, cut into pieces without rind
4 liters of water
8 crushed garlic cloves
4 bay leaves
3 large chopped onions
3 limes
2 beef ribs

Combine all ingredients in a pot with 1 liter of water
Cover and cook over medium heat for 3 hours, adding the remaining water as it dries out
If the meat is not tender yet, continue cooking until it reaches the desired tenderness.
