1 Italian round pimento, cut in half
5 sprigs of chopped parsley
1/2 cup of natural low-fat yogurt
1 pound of black caviar
A portion of asparagus

1/2 cup of natural low-fat yogurt

A portion of asparagus
Remove the core from the pimento and bake it
While that's baking, prepare a paste with the parsley and yogurt and brush it on both halves of the pimento
Spread a layer of caviar (reserve the rest) on one half of the pimento
Place a portion of asparagus on top of the caviar, then garnish with the remaining caviar
Cover with the other half of the pimento and serve
As for the asparagus, it can be fresh and cooked or in jars.
