3 slices of whole wheat bread

Remove the crust from the bread, cut each slice in half
In a shallow bowl, beat the egg, milk, and honey
In a large frying pan, heat oil or butter
Mix sesame seeds and wheat germ on a plate
Dip the bread slices into the egg mixture, coating both sides
Coat the bread slices with the sesame seed and wheat germ mixture, covering both sides of the bread
Place the bread slices in an anti-adhesive frying pan greased with butter and fry both sides until golden brown
Serve with yogurt or mashed banana
