all-purpose flour
butter or margarine
Soak the slices of bread in warm milk, sweetened to taste with sugar, flavored with vanilla and, if desired, with Grand Marnier or other orange liqueur
Beat the eggs in a bowl and submerge the slices of bread
Coat them in all-purpose flour and remove excess
Fry both sides in butter or margarine and sprinkle with sugar.
