Prepare a large saucepan so that the radishes can be arranged in a single layer
Place the cleaned radishes, butter, and chicken broth into the pan and bring it to a boil
Reduce the heat, cover the pan, and cook for approximately 10 minutes, or until the liquid has almost evaporated and the radishes are glazed
Shake the pan by the handle from time to time
Turn off the heat and adjust the salt
Sprinkle with parsley and black pepper and serve immediately.
