1 batch of your preferred dough
Vanilla Cream:
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
4 tablespoons wheat flour
1 1/2 cups milk
4 egg yolks
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
Chocolate Glaze:
40g dark chocolate
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
4 tablespoons warm water
1 batch of your preferred dough
Vanilla Cream:

2 tablespoons vanilla extract
Chocolate Glaze:
40g dark chocolate
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
4 tablespoons warm water
Bake the dough according to the recipe instructions
Let it cool
Prepare the vanilla cream: mix the flour and wheat flour in a saucepan
Add the milk gradually, whisking well
Heat over low heat and cook until the mixture thickens
Simmer for 2 minutes, whisking constantly
Beat the egg yolks in a small bowl
Add a little of the warm mixture to the eggs, mixing well
Mix well again
Add the remaining milk and mix well
Heat over low heat and cook for an additional 2 minutes
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract
Let it cool completely, stirring occasionally to prevent lumps forming
For the chocolate glaze: melt the chocolate over low heat
Remove from heat and mix in the confectioner's sugar and vanilla extract
Mix well again
Add the water gradually, whisking well after each addition
The mixture should be smooth and glossy
Fill layers of dough with the cream and top the final layer with the warm glaze
Refrigerate until serving time
