Fry the garlic in 2 tablespoons of olive oil until it starts to brown
Add the tomato and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until it breaks down
Add the crab, seasoned with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper, and cook for about 5 minutes or until the crab is cooked
Transfer the mixture to a blender cup, along with 1/2 cup of water and all-purpose flour
Blend well
Heat it again over medium heat with the remaining olive oil and parsley, stirring until thickened.
