250 g of ground pork
1/3 cup of butter or margarine
1 cup of chopped fresh parsley (with leaves)
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 sweet potato peeled and seeded
2 medium carrots, peeled
2 cups of breadcrumbs from morning bread
1 egg, beaten
salt and black pepper to taste
250 g of ground pork

Cook the pork in butter for 7 minutes
Rinse and dry the parsley
Grind together with onion, sweet potato, and carrot
Add the pork and cook for another 5 minutes
Add remaining ingredients and mix gently
Shape into 4 portions.
