Fry the garlic in the olive oil until it starts to brown
Add the ground meat and cook, stirring constantly, until it's fully cooked and lightly browned
Add the flour and mix well
Gradually add 1/2 cup of water, stirring all the time
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Cook for about 2 minutes or until it thickens
Remove from heat, stir in parsley, egg, and olives
